Done for an RP plot set in the Repo! The Genetic Opera universe of Rhade about to do away with some NPC Repo!Man (though it's pre-neck stab, I almost went through with blood spatter for the fun of it, but wanted to hurry up finishing the picture). Rhade's outfit is mostly inspired by those of Amber Sweet's goons, however I have a very strong love of Pris from Blade Runner and wanted to use her strip of eye make-up rather than the glasses. Because it's more fun to do crazy murder eyes without glasses. It's flat colored in the style of the expositional sequential art in the movie.
